PLAYER REGISTRATION
All players must register and login to a player account in order to participate in the game. It is free to create the player account through our website or at our front service counter. The purpose of the player account is to sign up for sessions, to be assigned equipment, and to keep track of your ranking for the games.
PERSONAL INFO
We may collect personal information during signup through the use of the website. We respect your privacy and are committed to protect it under any circumstances.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
The minimum age to participate is 6 years old, while the recommended age is 14 years and older for the best experience. For safety reasons, all participants must be at least 54 inches tall. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult on the field and must be able to independently carry and operate the equipment, which weighs approximately 6–7 lbs.
BOOKING
Customers may reserve Tactical Laser Tag Public Sessions and complete payment online, by phone, or in person at our front counter. Private Sessions, which allow you to play exclusively with your own group, may be reserved through our front counter by phone or in person.
GAME TIME
In general, standard sessions are 60 minutes long, of which approximately 20 - 30 minutes will be accounted for the safety briefing and gear up. We recommend players arrive 30 minutes before their session starts. Players for the upcoming session are expected to wait outside the briefing room.
SALES AND REFUNDS
All sales, admissions, and session reservations are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided, including for late arrivals or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our company’s control. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
EXPLANATIONS
Our staff members will provide explanation of safety rules and equipment instructions. Game modes will be explained on the field.
IN-GAME ASSISTANCE
During gameplay, each team will have a dedicated staff member serving as a team leader to assist players with technical issues or safety concerns.
SAFETY
For your safety, as well as the safety of other players, running, crawling, and climbing on structures or obstacles within the game field is not allowed.
INJURIES
If you sustain an injury while on the premises, please seek immediate assistance from a Nu-Zone staff member.
CODE OF CONDUCT
We are committed to maintaining a safe, fun, and family-friendly environment. All guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times. Disrespectful behavior toward other patrons, staff, or property will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises.
COST OF DAMAGE
Players or visitors will be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or abuse of equipment or any property within the facility.
SUBSTANCE USE
The use of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises. Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated areas outside the facility.
WEAPONS
Weapons or other dangerous objects are strictly prohibited inside the facility and anywhere on the property.
THEFT
Nu-Zone is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended on the premises and is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
